Hi, I’m Lindsey Miles. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved finding meaningful ways to celebrate others with personalized gifts. My professional journey has taken me through years of marketing roles with small businesses, corporations, and nonprofit organizations.

Those experiences shaped how I see business: it’s not just about transactions, it’s about connection. And it’s what led me to notice something missing in the world of promotional products and company gifting. I noticed there was a gap for personalized business gifts in small, thoughtful quantities. Companies wanted to show appreciation to clients and employees with something high-quality and meaningful, but they didn’t always need hundreds or thousands of pieces. They needed items that felt personal, accessible, and tailored. That realization sparked the beginning of Signature Engraving & Gifts.

I started small—investing in engraving equipment, learning the craft, and creating unique, one-of-a-kind gifts for friends, family, clients and co-workers. What began as a side project quickly grew when I discovered the potential of printing directly on substrates, which opened the door to vibrant, full-color customization across countless products. Suddenly, the possibilities became endless, and I could help individuals, schools, and businesses bring their personalization ideas to life.

With my background in nonprofits and fundraising, I also recognized another need: schools and organizations deserved fundraising items that were meaningful, tangible, and useful - things people would actually be excited to purchase and proud to support. That vision shaped one of our core focuses today: partnering with schools and nonprofits to create fundraisers that truly inspire.

Of course, life isn’t only about business or fundraising. It’s also about the milestones and celebrations that mean the most—weddings, anniversaries, new babies, Christmas, and all of life’s “just because” moments. That’s why we also create personalized gifts that make those occasions unforgettable, too!

Today, Signature Engraving & Gifts is more than a business to me—it’s a passion rooted in creativity, connection, and care. Every tumbler, cutting board, coaster, or gift basket we create is more than an item—it’s a thank-you, a memory, or a celebration made tangible.
