Hi, I’m Lindsey Miles — the owner, maker, and creative heart behind Signature Engraving & Gifts.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved finding meaningful ways to celebrate and appreciate others through personalized gifts. My professional background spans more than 20 years in marketing, working closely with small businesses, corporations, and nonprofit organizations. Through all of those experiences, one thing has remained clear to me: business is about people, relationships, and connection.

That belief showed up in my own work long before this business existed. For years, I wanted to gift something personalized and high-quality to clients of our lawn & landscaping business and to the clients I serve through my website and marketing work — but I struggled to find options that didn’t require ordering hundreds at a time or settling for something generic. I realized I wasn’t alone.

Businesses needed personalized business gifts in small, thoughtful quantities. 
Not mass-produced. Not impersonal. Not “one size fits all.” Something intentional. Something memorable. Something they’d be proud to put their logo on.

That’s the gap that inspired the creation of Signature Engraving & Gifts.

I started by investing in engraving equipment and learning the craft. What began as a small creative outlet quickly expanded when I added UV printing, allowing for crisp, vibrant, full-color customization across countless products. Suddenly, the possibilities opened wide: premium client gifts, employee appreciation items, event giveaways, branded drinkware, curated gift sets, and high-quality promotional products made one at a time — or a few at a time — with exceptional attention to detail.

Today, my primary focus is helping businesses elevate their brand through intentional gifting. Whether it’s thanking a client, welcoming a new employee, celebrating a milestone, or preparing for a conference or event, I’m here to create gifts that feel personal, polished, and professional.

I also partner with schools and nonprofits for select appreciation gifts or meaningful fundraising items - that were meaningful, tangible, and useful - things people would actually be excited to purchase and proud to support I also continue to create personalized pieces for life’s most important moments — weddings, anniversaries, new babies, holidays, and all the “just because” occasions that deserve something special.

Signature Engraving & Gifts is built on creativity, craftsmanship, and genuine care.  Every tumbler, cutting board, coaster set, ornament, or curated gift basket is more than a product — it’s a memory, a relationship builder, or a heartfelt thank-you made tangible.
